While studying as a professional Ballroom Dancer in the Ukraine, Mila Porgorelov was first introduced to makeup artistry at an early age. Her natural talent for makeup application played a huge part in the dancing program, as well as for the theatre, television, and different entertainment events that she was responsible for. Sixteen year ago Mila and her family moved to the United States and it was her continued passion for makeup that allowed her to develop her skills all while achieving great success for several major cosmetic companies, including Bobbi Brown, Chantecaille, Trish McEvoy, Chanel, Christian Dior, and Laura Mercier. Mila is often called upon to represent such companies and create beautiful makeup during Regional Events and sometimes National events. Because of her superior attention to detail and client satisfaction she has allowed herself to nurture another long time interest by obtaining her Real Estate license. With all her personal and professional success, it was only a matter of time before she joined forces with the Face the Occasion team of artists where she is not only welcomed as an accomplished artist, but more importantly, as a unique and fascinating individual.
