Makeup Artist Kelly Quinlan

In 1996, Kelly Quinlan, a Southern California native, relocated to the Philadelphia area. She immediately noticed the need for makeup artists who would travel within the Tri-State region for weddings and other special functions. A few years later, using all Bobbi Brown cosmetics, Face the Occasion™ Makeup Artistry was created. With over eighteen years experience in the makeup artistry business, Kelly, along with her co-owner Jill Fulop, has become very successful in satisfying numerous Brides and other clients during their special events. While working with some of Philadelphia's hottest photographers, Kelly has achieved a name for herself by creating beautiful, long-lasting and radiant makeup. Her impeccable attention to detail has earned her a reputation of excellent client satisfaction and critical expertise.
